My experience with Woodview was great. One person in particular made my daughter's experience awesome. His name is Ian, and I'd like to recognize him for his excellent customer service and "bedside manner ". My daughter's procedure made her anxious but Ian made her (and me) feel so comfortable by his thorough explanations of not only the procedure itself, but how to prepare beforehand and the recovery afterwards. We felt so cared for-as if we were his family.
The only issue I had is when we returned for her 2 week follow up. We were on time for the appointment, however after waiting a half hour, I checked to see what the hold up was and we were taken back right away. There were no other patients there ahead of us. So why the long wait? And if I hadn't spoken up it would've been longer. Patients only given a 10 minute grace period, but I had to wait 30 minutes for nothing. The appointment didn't even last 5 minutes. Please realize that our time is valuable as well.read more

It’s funny because just before I received this text I was thinking about the service I received and how caring each member of the staff was; they were kind and very professional especially my dentist who performed the surgery I was in awe of her professionalism she created an atmosphere of relaxation which aided me to not be fearful. My experience was so fulfilling on every level from the time I walked in until the time I walked out please keep up the great work. To my dentist (my apologies on not being able to remember her name 😞) you and your staff are so awesome. I’m looking forward to my next visit.read more
